Swami made us cry

We had our last session with Swami and had Prasad given to us at the end which was rose petals and mini chocolate bars. And the idea behind it was that all the teaching; the words have certain vibrations as well as a meaning. At the end of the teaching the teacher gives some of that accumulated vibration in real form, passed on with eyes of the student and teacher meeting at this exchange.

I realised how beautiful Swami's eyes are, and although I can't describe the meaning she gave me in her gaze I can still feel the sensations it created. Trust, encouragement, gratitude. I remember reading somewhere that teaching only takes place when a student asks to receive it from their teacher, hence without the student there can be no teaching. Perhaps Swami was equally grateful for us being here, learning, evolving…

We sure will miss her but her reply to that is "I'm not really going anywhere"…
