Storm before calmness

It was like entering to the the big brother house yesterday. there are 10 of us doing Jihn's teacher training and we all got together yesterday evening. It was a weird experience, so many conversations, people asking same things "where are you from, what is your name" bla bla bla..and today has been slightly stressful as people are trying to settle in and cope with not only the course but cleaning, cooking, being in each others' spaces.

Everyone is absolutely adorable so far and no difficult characters as one may accept. I have been taking it all in as I had read an inspirational piece of work recently about seeing different faces of existence in people, connecting, mixing. I have been absolutely hyper, in a way a little too hyper because I only managed 4 hour sleep last night.

So our schedule is pretty much 8-6pm which doesnt leave much time for anything else mon-fri as we even have homework in the evenings. However even the day one has been increadible, starting it all over with john, intense self practise, tracing a baby's steps, learning about foundation and breath. And we have a swami covering the philosopgy and meditation. She's pretty much in your face but i think that is a tactic to get people to understand things, end dilusion...there will be some pennies dropping this week with her.

At the same time I asked scott to be my manifestation partner to help me with my future plans. I feel like we speak the same language so i think it'll be fun experiementing with him in those creations...

And Lawrence is just lovely as he always is. Making us great food for lunch, joining the afternoon classes. I really enjoy watching his openness to everything, his humuor, just his energy. He is pretty incredible but everytime I tell him that he reminds me that I'm not very good for his ego...

We'll just see how this week goes, but by the weekend I think we will all be looking for quiet spots to escape to:)
