Palmistry
As India is pretty famous for its palmistry a group of us went to get our palms reads today with the recommendation of our Ayurveda doctor Unni, who knows someone very good at what he does and lives in town. So I trooped up Maja, Denis and Ruth for an appointment at 3pm.
After 30-40min drive into a posh end of the town we arrived at Mr Adarsh's house and he asked us to sit on the porch in the front of the house whilst he would take us one at a time into his office for the readings.
I happen to go first as I was rather excited about the whole experience……
I actually stopped writing this diary entry as it seemed pointless after a while. It made me think about the whole aspect of predicting future. Could anyone really do that? They surely have no control over what is coming ahead and regardless of what may be interpreted as good or bad should we not really live through that anyway. After all we are the residual of all we have thought and we have done in the past, so who cares what is ahead. Sometimes it is good travel on a dark road and only see the next 20metres ahead.
Life is full of surprises and I intend to let it unfold as and when it should. Also I still believe in the fact that as much of some of it may be destined we are able to shape our reality the way we want with our actions and thoughts.
So there we go, whatever the palm reader has said will be forgotten in a few months.
