23.10.07Yoga isn't going so well. I know that I need to do something about it until the season opens in 3 weeks. I seem to want to lie in bed than get up and practice on my own in the front room. I was motivated enough to do it once when I arrived, only managing it up to Navasana pose. My body felt so creaky, old and heavy. Then the weekend came so it was more excuse to rest. I think the guilt of not doing anything is so bad that I again dragged myself out of the bed this morning, only to spend 15min on my yoga mat chasing a mosquito away. It was pretty funny in a way, I had no focus other than keeping an eye on where the mosquito was and clapping my hands together to kill the b****** before it sucked my blood. Well, I was so distracted that I just went back to my room which seem to be mossy free at the moment and put on Paul Grilley's DVD to do some yin yoga…or faffing on the yoga mat as I call it. Aaargh, why is it so difficult to get through the primary series?
