Sounds like you are having a good time. Hope you found the long coach trip okay and you are enjoying Hanoi.
It is Mark and my last full day in Sydney. Spent the day packing and making sure we are sorted. In an internet cafe at moment as Mark's laptop is playing up and won't let us get on the internet.
Last night had a nice evening, as had a few people from work come round to our house for a barbecue. Well it was supposed to be a barbecue but it started raining heavily so I had to grill all the food instead. Was a nice night, and a good way to say bye to people. Leaving work was a bit sad as I really thought the people who worked there were really nice. Hopefully can work in another friendly place when I am back in London.
Am def looking fd to seeing the pictures. Missing you.

Hi Everyone, thanks for your messages, we have been trying to upload photos on here and had no luck, it take about an hour to download one, the 1st photo is of me in a swimming pool of our luxury hotel in Bankok and the 2nd photo is a photo of outside the window of the bangkok hotel, havnt managed to put any others on, maybe it will be quicker in China, who knows.
were still in Vietnam at the mo, were getting a 13 hour bus jouney from Hue to Hanoi the capital in an hour and a half , but as the busses are always late here, we may be catching it in 2 and a half hours, who knows.
the food in thailand, cambodia and vietnam has been yummy and i havn't had any problems, its mainly chicken with rice or noodles or beef and i have even had a roast dinner one eve he he.
food is so so cheap too, we can have a meal for 2 and drinks including beer for under 4 pounds, bargin hey.
were in our hotel at the mo and going for dinner opposite soon, i fancy spag bol as someone had it and it looks yum. ive heard that in Laos you get food poisening so planning on eating crisps and bread for a week when i get there in 7weeks so not yet anyway.
the weather has been pouring for about 5 days, its very hard to walk around, but when we go to hanoi after the 1st day it said it will be sunny and 70o.
hope you are all well and hope to put some more pics up soon as we have taken about 500 already, wont bore you with all of them though

I am getting excited about leaving work in just under 3 weeks and getting to see a bit more of Australia and then Thailand. I still can't believe what bad luck it is that we are completely missing each other on our trip. So close, yet so far!!

How is Cambodia going? Did you get my text when I replied to yours at the weekend? I like the photo from Thailand, looks like you're enjoying the 5 star lifestyle, I bet Cambodia is a big change from that! I'm trying to follow your travels on my Google map at work, so let me know where you are now.
Not much going on in London, I had my appraisal at work on Tuesday and they are letting me take Friday afternoons off work to study so I am pleased about that, even if it means more time in the library!
