Got up around 8am and Cindy and I got ready and headed out to their lake houses on Lake "Quiet. I forgot the name of the lake again. Very nice view, and very nice houses! We went into the tiny metropolis of Salina to grab some burgers and fried okra at the PignNOut drive-up. Got to Broken Arrow, OK after a windy 584 miles drive. Loved the sweeping wide turns on the roads in southern Missouri. Not much to see scenery-wise, so I spent a lot of time listening to fantastic music from the 60's, 70's, and 80's on some CDs that were stuck under my passenger seat.
