Travel day for the Mediterranean trip!
Two nights in Barcelona, then onto the cruise ship.
Trying my new Biaggi suitcase. It holds a LOT. That is my checked bag, and I am using my grey travel tote with my purse in it.
30 folks on this trip with Sam and See The World Tours. This is my 5th trip with Sam. My last two scheduled trips were cancelled due to C19.
Depart by air around 3pm to Dulles, then to Barcelona, Spain. Easy quick hop to Dulles airport, then a delay in a long flight to Barcelona for arrival on Friday morning. Somewhere along the line I got some more euros (1.33$ per euro - yikes!). I was assigned a window seat, so I asked the airline attendant to let me know if anyone wished to exchange an aisle seat for my window seat. Luckily, not two minutes before, a woman from Norway had requested to swap her aisle seat for a window seat - and VOILA! We were actually sitting in the same row on the aircraft.
