So after 12 1/2 hours, we have arrived via Toronto. It is paradise. We will add some photos if we find time. Life is laid back here. We are staying as close to natural flora and fauna as possible, and hiking up a steep walkway is good for me. We are staying in one of the highest cottages. It is very caribbean with dark wood floors, four poster king sized bed wrapped in netting and an outdoor shower which is fabulous. The country is very typical of a caribbean destination, but it retains things from it's English heritage. Notably right sided driving and cricket pitches. Lots of narrow dirt roads and crazy drivers. We were seranaded at the airport by a steel band duo while we waited to be processed. Everything happens in due course, and nobody is in a rush. We spent the morning on the powder sand beach, with tuquoise waters and I am entering this before going up to the room to shower and rest until we leave at 4 pm for Shirley Heights.
