Let me start by saying arrgghhhhhhhhhhl!!!!!!
Ok thats out so I will continue...I happned to walk past an Olympus today and thought I would check out my 3 year warranty....they said that there there was only 1 year not 3 like the owener had told me. So they rang the owner of the store where i bought it and he told me to come in and see him. By this time it was 8pm and the plaza closes at 9 so I caught a taxi there. When I got there I went to the shop i bought camera from and they said that there was a misunderstanding and the warranty was not included. I told them that there was no misunderstanding and i double checked with the seller before i paid...but he and the others in the store just got aggresive!! "Who do you think you are" " u arrogant!" "Do you know who i am" (I am hoping they are not triad!). Anyway i remained calm and went to the other Bally shop in the shopping centre and asked to speak to the owner...and he said he would try...then the aggresive guy from the other shop came over and was shouting at them all...and then the guy i was speaking to said the owner left already...then after a while he said he was the owner...he kept f***ing me round...then after seeing my reciept he asked to see it again (i think he was guna rip it up!) so i didnt give it to him and left. Man!! they all stick together and didnt say who the owner is...i wouldnt be suprised if the aggresive guy was the owner!!
Anyway think I am going to go to the Olypmus guy again and let him know what happened and how to complain etc so for future reference dont ever shop at BALLY PHOTO TRADING in Singapore!!
Anyway before that i was having a good day, I went to the civic quater, the river, harbour, the thomas raffles statute, the raffles hotel & shopping quater, parliament, & theatre
I wish I had seen this before;
