So here I am back in 'delightfull' noisy dirty Hanoi! The smell and pollution really hits you after being away from it. I thoroughly enjoyed Sapa - it was the perfect break with fresh mountain air, good food and good company - complete relaxation. Not up to much today - spot of shopping and mostly eating, drinking and reading in cafes as fly to Hong Kong tonight. Hope all is well in the UK - please don't anyone I know head to London xx p.s David I do hope you made it accross the border to China safely - please e-mail me to let me know you are ok :)
