Had a good day today on our Barossa Valley wine tour. Went with Groovy Grape, visited 4 wineries in 6 hours! Jacobs Creek, Richmond, Bethany and Schild. The whole day was great - climbed up the largest rocking horse in the world (though i should state it doesn't actually rock - thats the ozzies for ya) at Toy World, had a great BBQ including plenty of skippy and.....sampled an impressive 40 wines!!! Needless to say are feeling a little fragile right now! Couldn't resist the charms of a particular Old Tawny Port (not entirely sure if it'll make it all the way home!). Our host Matt was good fun and had an impressive amount of jokes..... Had a mini reunion with Hazel today (hi honey), so probably gonna just have a chill out night with free apple pie and custard and good old girlie gossip sesh before we fly to Brissi tomorrow. Just have two days there - Shane I hope you are prepared - we have a lot of very dirty stuff!!! to get cleaned before we head to Singapore. The time really has flown by xx
