Ahhhh ............Civilisation!!! Been WWOOFing it in Congewai, NSW for the last 8 days so apologies for late e-mail replies but i really have been isolated with just the cattle, horses, Sisquo the dog and Edwin for company! It has been really great there though, very peaceful and relaxing. The house is set at the foot of the Wattagan Montains and Jill, Marty, Emily. Joey and Edwin are all lovely. Been riding at sunrise and sunset every day which was fantastic for me. It really was a great experience to muster the cattle accross the creeks off the flatlands - a alittle girls dream fulfilled! One word though...FLIES! aarrrgghhh! Went for a trek up the mountains with Louise one night too - with wine and prawns and watched the sunset and my final night was spent at Louises house too with a fantastic meal, superb wine, great music and fun comapny (plus one very nice spa under the stars!). Thankyou Louise for your wonderful hospitality xx Just arrived in Newcastle today - been surfing this morning already and have decided that getting thrown about in the ocean like a ragdoll in a washing machine is not the best with a hangover!!! Probably gonna stay here for a day or two then head north a bit more, Coffs Harbour direction maybe. Hope all is well in the UK xx
