Nomad Nads
Am just killing some time before we all get our last overnight train back to Shanghai. Yesterday trekked up Yellow mountain - considerably higher, steeper and longer than any of us were expecting but worth it. The views wern't that great as the cloud was low but it was an experience and it was nice to get your heart rate up. Visited Concubine Valley this morning - where some of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon was filmed - lovely realxing scenery of waterfalls and mountains, with the occassional high rope acrobatics accross the gorge!!
Can't believe I head home in just 4 days!!! Am sad that my trip is coming to an end as am having such a great time with some really lovely people, but am also very excited about the life that lies ahead of me on my return. Am definately looking forward to seeing all my friends (plus two little miracles called Trinity and Amelia) and all the comforts of the western world i.e something more to eat than rice and noodles, no more squat toilets, green men at crossings that mean something and proper cadbury's!!!
Hope all is well in the UK - see you all very soon!!!!!
