nichol had a chat to old mate from wadonga this morning and got the low down on a good place to stay just south of roma which will be good. decided that he wanted to go for a fish, apparently there are some fish in the river. so i made breaky and did the washing up while nichol lost some bait (at least we know there are fish in there). Drove to a road house with the initials BC (forgot what they stand for) and had noodles for lunch, nice roadhouse actually, free hot showers (if only we'd seen this tomorrow) and a nice looking camping Spot. Had a soft serve at the end but Nichol is still on the lookout for his salmonella chickie leg! Nowhere really nice to stop in emerald so we chugged on up to road to springsure where Tim was staying but found a nice rest area just before with a view of Virgin rock which they light up at night, it's supposed to look like the Virgin Mary with baby Jesus in her arms... You decide! Had burgers for dinner and Caught up on 4 days worth of blog (hate when in get behind).
