Woke up with an ankle full of bites this morning... ouch, am getting a littlw tired of all the bitey, crawly things up here! Saw a little blind snake today, looks like a little wormy! A swim (well paddle for me to clean my feet!) while the boys worked on tim's leaking radiator. Headed toward the most expensive river crossing in the world, as we're driving Tim says, better hurry up so we don't miss the last punt (which is at 5) and we're all wondering what he's banging on about because it's only 3:30 but we figured he knew something we didn't, anyway made it across and Tim was so relieved. Asked him why he was worried and it turns out when they disconnected the battery the clock was now reading 4:57! Well we made it! Shuffled around a bit get into puns and bay camping area and had a cold shower, not the nicest camping ground but the bar was nice and the staff were lovely. Highest place in Australia to stay apparently. Stayed up and had a few drinkies and saw a long green carpet snake thingo but the manager guy saved everyone and threw him away somewhere!?
