Got up and moseyed on down to the 'koala resort' in the city, less of a resort and more of an upperclass backpackers but it's right across from where our friends are staying at the Novotel (which is actually a resort!). Pottered around a bit and went for a wander around the town, quite a nice place actually. Went over to the Novotel to meet the others for a swim at the swim up bar; if you look like you're meant to be there then nobody questions you as it turns out!! Went back to our place and got a dinner voucher $6.50 for a pub meal with a pot of beer... Awesome! Pretty good dinner too. Went out afterwards to the night markets to see what they were all about then to the Novotel bar to have some drinks with Tim and Geoff followed by a bar seeing tour of the town. Thus the sign about dancing on the table!! Slightly merrier than before we headed back to our respective hotels deciding that we brought the median age up in the clubs too much!!
