Off earlier today, got about 20km up the road and Nichol couldn't find his watch so we stopped at some historical steps and opened out the tent but still couldn't find it so back to the campsite we went. nichol had a chat to old mate from wadonga this morning and got the low down on a good place to stay just south of roma which will be good. decided that he wanted to go for a fish, apparently there are some fish in the river. so i made breaky and did the washing up while nichol lost some bait (at least we know there are fish in there). Got up and moseyed on down to the 'koala resort' in the city, less of a resort and more of an upperclass backpackers but it's right across from where our friends are staying at the Novotel (which is actually a resort!).
