Two states today. It was windy in broken hill!!!
Heading through broken hill today. Looked for an air con. Dude, went to 4 places and no dice so looks like we'll be hot. Started to head to the mint but then realised that it was just a jewlery store... Boo! Then to this retro 50s time warp cafe on the south side of the mine which was pretty cool but their museum was lame. Also took a major wrong turn on the way... Gay tourist map, it was a T junction b****es!!! Anyway, on to the lookout cafe thingo. No chippies before 12 boo so went to look at memorial, $5... No way, welcome back to NSW where you're charged for everything!! Back thought the town to find a servo, because we ran out of fuel whilst looking for the mechanic.. In the middle of the intersection and, had to switch to the sub tank Then the starter motor packed it in so nichol had to get out and give it a little love tap! I think that we have just about driven on all the streets in broken hill between looking for retro milk bars and air con. Places!! Also yay, Internet reception again, much to Nichols disgust at me messaging people again! Probly could've spent a whole day poking around broke. Hill but not enough time this time. Then a whole lot of nothing and road kill. Stopped in wilkania to go to the supermarket for sour cream... Once again no dice! P.s. dodgy little town, wouldn't want to stay there.
Nichols phone got so hot it stopped working and said that it had to cool down, tried to take a picture but failed! Stopped up the road for lunch, rolled into cobar.
Chatted to old mate 'sergeant major' because he wanted to b**** about a satellite dish he bought... Damn it Nichol take the stickers off!! Fondu for dinner, yum yum yum!
