25th feb. headed down to the ferry wharf and the ferry was just pulling up...winner! Jumped off the ferry and headed to the bus depot in a taxi (double checked, have everything this time!) asked the man at the bus stop if they have a lost items type counter and suddenly doesn't speak English... Guess that means no, starting to think it wasn't an accident anyway, someone tried to buy a couple of things on my kindle today. Got the bus ticket, the bus was nearly full and ready to go... Double win! Saw an epic smash on the freeway, a ute had ploughed into an ambulance that looks as though it had moved to the other side of the road; neither car had any bonnet left! Also saw some stereotypes snoozing in a ute tray (different one) whilst driving on the freeway... Hahaha. Walked in the touristy area, so expensive here, some things are more expensive than home! Waiting in the lobby and a nice man offers to look after my bags and walks me over to the special concierge desk then we get our special bracelets and head down for inclusive lunch. It was so good, good drinks, good food and all gratis (sort of). Went for a wander to the tourist police but in think they were off for a siesta coz there was no one there. Back for 2nd lunch because Nichol wanted sushi. A swim, a drink brought to us on the beach and off to dinner. Tried to stay up for the show but was too full and sleepy, no wonder Mexicans sleep all the time ... Food+sun=sleepy time!!
