A late flight today so a bit of a wander around cancun. Went to market 28 which is supposed to be this big tourist market but nothing really tickled our fancy. It was so pricy too, although we must have looked a little stung out because one of the vendors asked us if we'd like to get high, he was quite instant too! After a wander and getting lost we found a Starbucks and a mall with wifi so we could use the maps (oh how much we've come to rely on technology) we headed back to the hotel. We also saw an accident where we presumed that the taxi had run into someone and apparently u jus stop in the middle of the road, block all the traffic and wait for I don't know what. Haha we also saw a truck which had run out of petrol 1 block from the servo, he was trying and trying to make it go but just couldn't... Don't u just hate that!! After we went back to market 23 (the more local market) we bought some more traditional things and went back to the hotel and caught a taxi to the airport, I think we exhausted downtown cancun. The airport was the busiest place I've seen here so we went and hid in the corporate lounge. Money well spent, they even had massage chairs! Then off to the plane, adios Mexico! I have meant though that if there is a bank u must line up, if there is a road rule u must do your best to break it and when ever there is a free moment you must have a nap! Arrived late in LA... Smell that smog! Caught the courtesy bus to the hotel and that was that!
