7th march. Gotta go home today boo :(. Packed up all our stuff wrapping everything tightly, and headed out to find the stupid Tom hanks star and go to the 'farmers market'. The lady in the lobby said that it wasn't too far but it was a $20 cab ride so we decided to walk, it doesn't look so far on the map (that's what we thought) turns out the map wasn't to scale and when we found it on the GPS we discovered it was a 5km ish walk!! oh well too late to turn back now! the market was an open air shopping centre and we couldn't find any food, which was disappointing because we were starving!! Then we found the food!! It wasn't really a farmers market but a series of food stalls and shops where there once was a farmers market. Caught the bus back (good move) then set out to find Tom. on the way to find tom hanks... again went to the GAP to change a shirt that I bought yesterday and it turns out it was on sale so for some reason the man gave me some money back... Whatever?! Finally got some wifi to find out where Tom hanks' star is and it turns out it is about 5metres from the front entrance to the Roosevelt!! How did we miss it?! Just about exhausted the affordable things to do in Hollywood so we picked up the car and headed to rodeo drive for a little look see (fancy shop fronts but that's about it) then off for 'dim sum' it was pretty nice, then then the car rental place, then here. And what else is there to say? Its been fun (boo flight home!!)
