4th march: beach tour day. 1st stop Venice beach. Beautiful day, cannot believe how much it has warmed up since we first landed. 99c lemonade, that'll be $1.10, how ridiculous is non-inclusive tax?! Bought some fancy sunnies after the roller coaster event and wandered around Venice beach for a bit (been in such films as American history x and heaps more). It is most definitely where the weirdos go! Check the blog picture for today (no I was sneaky and did not pay $1 for this photo!) call the RSPCA!! There were also medical marihuana shops every where but they wouldn't let us in the have a look without our medical certificate. They also sold 'clean saliva' along the street market area ... Ew! After the most awesome breakfast ever (croissant and omelette sandwich and a real espresso) and a wander headed out for long beach. Not much here, didn't really stop, just a beach. Off to Newport now - where the awesome 'arrested development' was filmed. There was frozen bananas but after a little more research it was on the island and that seemed like too much work. The beach was typical American beach which was cool. Headed onto Anaheim where we located the hotel and realised that you have to pay to use the safe, which is a bit rude!! A wander into downtown Disney and a drink, so we could see where Disney land was of course, then time to rest up for the super happy in day of excitement!!
