Over the last few days Emily and I have visited Freemantle, been swimming at Cottesloe, booked our Greyhound tickets, and been to Scarbrough! I have been in Perth since Friday, when Emily met me at the airport and took me to our hostel. We are staying in Cottesloe, which is on the coast, and yesterday we went boogieboarding in the Indian Ocean, which was a bit chilly, but good fun. I think I can safely say that I have spent most of my time in Singapore walking in the wrong direction. I am not kidding - every time I walked out of a building or off a metro it could pretty much be guaranteed that I was going in completely the opposite direction to the one I should be going in. I have lost all faith in my sense of direction and will be relying solely on Emily to point me the way up the west coast, in case I should start leading us down. ...

I arrived in Singapore earlier today and found my way to the hostel using the metro system. It's so hot and sunny, but there's a nice breeze. I am meeting up with someone from my uncle's work in a bit to have a look around Little India.

I have arrived in London, safe and sound. I will be here until Tuesday when I leave for Singapore. I have packed far too much and am having to leave stuff behind in London!
