So I arrived in Singapore with a bloody cold from only spending 7 days in the Scotland and was feeling a little bit sorry for myself.
I was interested to see how much Singapore had changed in 4 years, as the last time I was here I really couldn't see where they could build any more but I was wrong as there new blocks of flats popping up all over the place.
My first full day in Asia was spent laying by the pool and relaxing in the spa. I was luck as my cousin zic has an apartment out here which was pimp, so as you can guess I made the most of it, well I needed to get over the jet lack I had???
I didn't really do that much of the tourist stuff as I've already done it in the past and I'm on a budget now, so things like the zoo etc I wasn't overly bother about.
I did head into the centre once or twice and on once day I was stopped by crazy dude from India. See this bloke was a religious nut, but this one was a little bit different, he started to talk about my past and look into my future.
Now I don't believe in any of this stuff but this nut has made me change my mind a little bit as he was brought up things and names that he really shouldn't know. There was one name and that person date of birth that I really couldn't see how he could have guessed it?? He then started to ask for cash and I was feck of, I told him from the start I had none, so he then started to tell me I was never going to find happiness or true love and started shouting all this pish at me, I would like to say that this encounter never got to me but it did.
Singapore is a cool place and one place I would deffo say is worth a visiting, and while your there you must see the Chinese gardens, they were so quiet and peaceful (this may come to a surprise to people but I almost lost my camera here due to me sunning myself but some nice person who worked there handed it in). I could live in Singapore if I had the cash.
So to KL aka Kuala Lumpur…
Like Singapore I visited KL years ago, I stayed with a sister who lives just outside of KL and to say I left one pimp pad to come to another is not a joke, so far my traveling in Asia has not been that hard haha
Most of my time here I've spent chilling by the pool, but you wouldn't think that looking at me, given the fact I'm still as white as ghost.
The first night here my sister and their husband told me to this paddy ball with free gunnies, and been a traveler you have to love anything that's free, including the evil black stuff.
I've just really enjoyed chilling out by the pool before I hit the real road again and back to living in dorms that fingers cross cost less than 5 notes.
I leave KL tomorrow for langkawi were I will be spending the next 12 days or so going from one topic beach to another (once again its a hard life) before the boys come and see me in Thailand for a couple of weeks (that could be messy)
