So i have had a whole week of classes in Juniata!

They are all really interesting, tho in most of them i feel really stupid and the americans seem really really clever. there is a lot of class participating which my class in lincoln would hate :) the students are always commenting on everything the lecturer barely speaks...it is very different to england. well definatly england. Also the amount of work that they give you...there are soo many books and chapters you have to read in one night and ive spent nearlt $400 on books. You have to buy the book, and they dont have them in the library. Lucky for me some of the novels that week studied in lincoln are in my courses here :)

Ive been going to Standing Stone the coffee house quite a bit in the evening. Not being able to drink has been quite a culture shock...not because i miss alcohol but because people dont go out in the evenings as there is no where to go, but this coffee house or the library, so you end up getting bored. We will get used to it tho...especially with having so much work, we wouldnt have time.

The food here is odd, there is so much of everything and we have an all you can eat cafe. Tho the food is all normally fried,...so most of the internations live off the salad and soup and pasta coz all the friedn stuff does not agree with us hahaha

tonight we are going out for some peoples birthday. We are going to a bar called memories for dinner, but we have to be out by a certain time because we are underage lol...never minid we have also been invited to a few parties so we can move aboiut and see if we can visit them all...maybe get some one to get us some alcohol.
