Since my last entry i have moved on from Krabi in Thailand and been to Penang, Kuala Lumpar, Port Dickson and Melaka in Malaysia.
Malaysia was a lot more chilled out than thailand and there wasnt as much to do as there was in Thailand. Kuala Lumpar was really good and we got a train that goes above the city to a massive shopping center called Time Square where there is and indoor theme park, bowling and cinema as well as the 10 floors of shops! China town was good fun and full of little market stalls and we got some pretty good fakes (cos we're cheap)
Port Dickson was really good as well for relaxing, it was the first place we went to that had a swimming pool and the hotel was on the beach! we didnt do anything there really other than sort out our tans :)
We thought Melaka would be like Penang but it was a lot better which was good :) we went on a boat ride down the river and saw a giant lizard thing..i thought it was a crocodile but apparently not. This was our last night together with our tour group so we all went out for a group meal at Bamboo Bar and there was some asian singer there who turned out to be really good but was a bit cheesy. we managed to track down a bottle of vodka (which isnt that easy when your in a place surrounded by mosques) and played a few card games with everyone for our final night.
