Heading towards Shark Bay and sitting in the car with the sun on you, soon warmed us up. Certainly say it's getting hotter the further north we go, by the day. It's nice to have Danny on board has he comes up with many good points when sorting things out and raises questions that me and Kyle would only think after we have done it. We're pretty much the A Team now lol...well kind of. Went to Francois Peron National Park but wasn't allowed to go all the way in due to the terrain and only accessible by 4x4. Basically driving on the sand dunes, and so we decided to just stay near the entrance and go in this natural hot tub. I've taken a photo, which explains the reasoning behind the hot tub, but it was extremely hot! It has been great to just chill near our tent and have a BBQ with a few beers. Also went to see the dolphins in Monkey Mia. They are wild dolphins but they have learnt that in the morning they are fed a fish each, and we could feed them. But obviously they only ever chose children or old people. There was some huge Pelicons however, which was entertaining and one almost swallowed me. On the drive back we filled the car up and got some food. And pulling out of the supermarket Kyle didn't have his seat belt on and the Police saw him quickly putting it on as we came out of the store car park. They pulled us over and checked our credentials. They said that I was responsible for Kyle and so we had to pay $550 each!! But he let us off with a warning...phew. Drove to Eagle Bluff to watch the sunset with our camping chairs and beers. From the view point we watched sharks and sting rays roaming the shallow waters below. On our way out of Monkey Mia we stopped off at Shell beach which was a little disappointing plus it started to rain, heavily. And even more disappointing was the stromatolites which are basically fossils that are billions of years old in the sea...rocks aren't very impressive at all. Had Fish & Chips whilst watching the sunset and a beer (again), it was great...but slightly feeling like an alcoholic due to all the beer i'm drinking. Went to the local pub "Old Pub" it was called. It really felt like I was in an American film drinking beers with hill billies, so weird. Next destination Kalbarri.
