Volcan Arenal, we almost saw it if it wasnt for the constant rain and fog! but we had a hell of a time! :) we did a 6km tour wit 16 hanging bridges in the rain forest and we managed to see 2 different kinds of monkeys, 2 snakes and lots of mosquitos!! incredible trees and leaves. well worth going with a guide and doing the tour. In the afternoon we went to "see" the volcane in another kind of jungle, walked another 3km, saw how nature works and managed to see tw...

So how did we come here? Playa Brasilito at 7:50 ---> Belen ---> Liberia ---> Canas --->Tilaran ---> Volcan Arenal!!! After 5 buses and 7 hours we arrived and we are getting ready to go to the pending bridges, see the volcano and end at te thermal water spaaaaaaa :) and by the way no more sun, its raining so this is going to be fun!!! :)

Finally we arrived to the shtesand beaches!!! and playa conchal is actually a shell beach! amazing! blue water, not so many people and warm sea :) Difficult to get there (the bus system is starting to make us go crazy,and again I have no idea how the other tourists go around because we are always the only ones on the buses!). After one morning of going around by bus we got there! stayed at the first pension we got, this time for 5000colones each (around 4eur!!) ...

Paradise number 2 pacifico Norte! From Puntarenas to liberia took us some amazing 3h and something with babies crying,people standing everywhere and the bus stoping every 10mn which made us be totally awake looking out for our backpacks.
