So back from the amazing beaches of Panama to a busy capital city at the centre of the country. we found an amazing hostel - Hostel 1110 - right in the heart of the city. Hot water, kitchen and free breakfast and free wifi, for 10 dollars (around 8€). Nice people here and vibe.

We've been here since wednesday afternoon and on Thursday after 14h we had done the important spots of the city including a labyrinthic market where we ate a tasteful sopa de pescado for 2€ and we didn't get sick! :)

Today Friday we went to see the amazing cloud forest and the Volcano Poas. With cold an some incredible thick clouds (now we know, CLOUD forest!!) we got to the top of the crater to see.... well, the same at volcan arenal: white thick clouds!!! But with some patience and time we waited and managed to the the blue/green acid lake at the bottom of the crater :)

We walked to the lagoon botos and also with some waiting the clouds opened up (just like the the Avalon hahaha) and we saw for some minutes almost the full lake! We had luck in a cloudy day :)

Back to the city, another stroll in the busy busy streets full of shops, people selling everything, policemen everywhere and we had a nice cheap fruit juice go pump up some vitamins.

We are now waiting for our couchsurfer friend that we met yesterday evening to spend the weekend with him showing us the best spots of the city :)
