Ouro Preto = meeting Anja and me just being over the moon with happiness!! :)

finally we were able to meet in this small cozy and beautiful village/city. An old mining village colonial style with cute white houses and colorful decorations, lost in the middle of mountains. Narrow snake streets that go up and down and s burning sun :)

We met Anja and followed her around the streets while we were quickly updating each other about our lives.

Passed the morning there and then went ti Anja and Bas's dutch friend's pousada in the middle of the mountains 30mn from Ouro Preto - a small 9 ha paradise called p Jardim Secreto and indeed it was! Gardens with sculptures, lakes and waterfalls in the property. No sound and a smell of nature all around. Caipirinhas, swimming pool and barbecue :)

At 19h, unfortunately we had to catch our bus to Belo Horizonte and from there 10h to Angra dos Reis for the boat to Ilha Grande, another paradise place :)
