6:15 woke up
my ankle still swollen. I will take a train to Irun and I will see..
teaching me a lot of things this time on the camino...
Mechtildis from Belgium, again she only speak French, said to me that she woke up with music in her head and thought about me.

it's a really nice gite with beautiful people and atmosphere. atmosphere, the air and feeling between people, and towards things that I feel all the time. I am very lucky meeting so nice people and great laugh.
9:19 train to Bayonne, but it stopped at the next station because there was a train on the railway. half an hour later, the bus arrived. took a bus to Bayonne.
11:20 arrived at Bayonne and I missed the connection I thought, but the connecting train is also delayed for 1 hour.
met a Japanese woman in the train. she studied French for 3 weeks and travelling for a week. it's been a month I spoke Japanese. very strange in the beginning but had a nice chat.
13:00 arrived at Hendaye, took a local train to Irun.
tourist info was about to close for lunch, luckily got some info before closing and she accept my luggage in the office as I had problem on the leg...
now I am in Spain and decided to have a big meal in daytime, el menú del día!
after the meal, walked around a bit and thought of Vicky who I visited here more than 10 years ago. she was the one who told me about the camino. too bad that I lost contact with her...
went back to tourist info to get my bag and to the alberge.
there were a girl from Hungary, Germany, Bilbao and a couple from Poland in the same room. sort out my things again and send some stuff to my friend's in Galicia.
Scaled myself at the phermacy. 43.8kg. 500g gained in France :)
after grocery shopping went back to the alberge and Pierre and Michel were here! they walked more than 40kms a day for two days and arrived here on foot. we went out for a drink.
but I think this is our really last time to meet them as they plan to finish it by the end of the month.
