San Sebastián to Getaria 26km

7:30 breakfast at bar then to camino
walked with Karine who started GR8 3weeks ago, where she met nobody.
a man called Jose Maria set up a stand for stamp and water for pilgrims.
arrived in Orio before noon. it was Karine's destination today but she changed her mind and continued to next town, Zarautz.
there was a public wifi at the square in Orio. Send Inaki, a basque man who l walked for a few days in camino 5 years ago, a message.
arrived in Zarautz at 15:00. there were so many people on the beach. I plan to visit Inaki today but I have no souvenir to give but all he stores were closed for lunch. so I went back to camino with no souvenir :(
18:00 arrived at Getaria. it's a very cute village with nice small beach. I found the address and I couldn't believe my eyes as it was the best flat in the village. harbour view and beach is just in front of you. I first thought it was a museum..
Inaki's mother welcomed me. fr the first moment she made me feel so relax.

around 20:30. it's been 5 years! he became husband and father:) but his smile has not changed.
he cooked fish and salad. very delicious! it is true that basque men cook really good!
