Arzacq-Arraziguet to Arthez-de-Bearn 29km

6:10 woke up
7:15 on the camino after breakfast.
sun is back and so is up & down hills...:(
took a break here and there. it's another long walk day.
lunch by the small river and arrived at Arthez-de-Bearn at 14:30. the gite I wanted to go was full yesterday but just in case someone cancelled, I stopped by anyway. no chance, no one cancelled...
so I went to the gite communal. registered at mairie and found the gite, la maison des pelerins. the rooms were all locked but could use bathroom and other facilities. so I did all routines. 5 people from the same gite last night showed up. I guess we will be on the same etapa until St-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
We all decided to go to Uhart-Mixe. there is only 1 gite/camp site/bar in Uhart-Mixe so we made a reservation.
My ankle started to get swollen so I got a cream to heal. I hope it works...
We are 7 of us staying in the gite tonight and decided to cook together. pasta with vegetables, salad, cheese, bread, dessert & wine. it's so nice and delicious! it's so clean and nice gite with terrace. an Austrian man had a medicine for my ankle so I took it before going to bed.

physical condition:
left ankle got a bit swollen
took one voltaren tablet and rubbed voltaren actigo cream
