Sounds like you're becoming real traveller types, living on the edge in Belgrade!

Yo Maw& Paw!
Hope Belgrade's not too much of a mess after the Glaswegian's visit last night!! Good to talk to you yesterday, albeit it briefly!

You are certainly having a fine time. Oops again! That was a tactless phrase to use. We'll treat you to a cake to make up when you get home. xx

Rangers are playing in Belgrade tonight - be sure to wear Red!
It's just started raining here tonight after a couple of good days. Pam and Evelyn did NOT win this morning's competition - poor second place! Ron in semi of Willie Watt on Friday though.
Keep swinging baby!

Everything looks great - food and drink seem to be playing a big part in your travels - what else would you expect?? Enjoying the daily updates - no doubt they'll be embellished at our next get together!
Ali Mac
Looks great - i saw Budapest and Warsaw under 3ft of snow - maybe that's the image you had! And you got fined too!!!!
Hope your wicky clothes are keeping you cool in the heat! Look forward to the vids at some point ;-)

What a sight - the wee sparras on show for all the world to see. You're a brave man! Even had the nerve to rebel against Liz at the market. Giving Mr Walkwr ideas! Keep blogging!

Hello from the Walkers
Cannot believe you are now 12 days into your travels and well done for taking the time to fill us in. It's just great. Sounds as though you are having a fab time despite a few thought-provoking moments in Poland. I know Colin was very moved on a recent visit to Auschwitz. A visit for the Walkers in the future.
We also enjoyed Budapest very much. Very grand city, interesting and pleasant although unlike you we did not venture away from the city. Food I remember was great. I am just a little concerned about the quantity of cakes you seem to be consuming. Do I have some competition here!
On CLAN duty at the Lonach Games at Strathdon yesterday and saw The Big Yin. Games not as exciting as anticipated.
Off to London in two weeks time and trying to purchase tickets for the last night of the Proms in the Royal Albert Hall. Wish us luck.
Take care and look forward to your next installment.

Not like to be dissappointed with food, Malcolm!
Droys, Kakebeekes and Gilmours at the Broons last night - much merriment! I took Pam and Bita to Edzell this morning and we played the 9 hole course - good fun and splendid weather again too. Then it was off to Bita's for coffee - what a change they've made to their garden!
Anyway, think the mince and tatties is ready..............

Jan And John
Glad you arrived safely in Budapest. John's sister thinks it the best city she has visited (not sure of how many!). Tidying up after dinner party; John in bed exhausted with the exertions of preparing pudding and its satisfactorily enthusiastic reception! Am already addicted to your website - it's 1.45am for goodness sake!
Bert
This is pretty boring so far! Could do better - I trust it will improve soon.
Evelyn
Had a gorgeous day here as well - 25 degrees in Aberdeen - would you believe it. Just off the golf course after playing a few holes with the Droys. Malcolms sparras will be filling up his shorts with all these cakes! Look forward to the next instalment!
