Hello! Well that's me back at my desk, oh the joys! Just received confirmation that I'm off to Houston straight after the Mac's reunion so may have to leave early on the Sunday? Feeling very tired after the weekend but it was great fun - back to Stoney tonight to see the nurse about the stitches so I'll pop in at home and check everything's ok. Hope everything's still going well - quite impressed by this whole blog lark!
Neil
Ha! Yeh Dad I hope you're taking care of my shorts there!! You'll be just like David Hasselhoff in those bright red things!
xx
Maggie
Yet another 7 star blog!
Have really enjoyed the photos along the way too. Thank you very much.
Really looking forward to hearing and seeing an account of the full Grand Tour when you get back.

What do you mean you managed to squeeze into Neil's trunks! There's more meat on a butchers apron as they say! Pam and I fancy seeing you in speedos but maybe not as we have memories of "Tim" in those shorts last safari!! It's a glorious day here, 22 degrees, so hope Liz is jealous - wouldn't need her vest on in Stonehaven today! Lovely photos - keep snapping and blogging!
Pam
Hope the paper knickers are coping with the wet weather! A vest - I cant believe it - there again it's Liz we are talking about! Nice day here and quite warm - meant to be nice for the next few days. Raiding your garden this afternoon - the plums dont look good - they are not very big and are quite red but hard as nails. Some are falling off tree. Do I pick them hard or are they likely to swell some more?
Enjoy your next bit of the journey
Love 'Green Fingered, blanching and bagging Pam xx

Last message before I set off for Canada with Gillie tomorrow. Will look forward to catching up with your travel blogs when I get back in ten days. You are having a great adventure! Love Jan

Hi again, managed to survive the Glasgow trip! Janette presented me with a bottle of Telquilla all the way from Mexico so looking forward to Margaritas. So this resort has loads of Russians for Malcolm to oogle at. They were not chasing after his sparras I hope. No mention of cakes in this blog only some enormous buffet. Nice the family could visit. Glorious day for golf - no mention from you of Malcolm having withdrawal symptoms from the gloroious game. Or is he glad to be away from Ron, Sandy & Bert? Trying to organise Jen for big transfer to Dundee this Saturday - may need two cars! Shall I have a tear in my eye or will it be Ron who has?? Only two weeks more for you - time flies! Enjoying the blogs - keep at it!
Neil
Hello from Poznan! Is nice here, really enjoying the cheap food and beer (and the conference of course - fascinating!)
Paw, you've surely got something you must complete, grab mum, hire a 1970s mini and drive all the way home!
Bert
Hey. Malcolm - guess what? I got my wee c*** sparras on the telly tonight! I was at the oil show and the Beeb came to our stand to film an ice statue we had on display, but there in the background from just below the knee right down to the Hush Puppies - me! Impressed?
Hope Margaret isn't too dissappointed when she gets to your garden - we've scoffed the lot - not even a pomegranate left!
Must go - bedtime and I've not even said my prayers yet!

You're doing a grand job reporting - feel we are with you on this trip. Your transport certainly causing a few hiccups but what funny tales you will have to tell on your return. Glad the 'posh' night lived up to expectations.
Sandy finding his way up to the golf on a Wednesday morning, temporarily of course, in a bid to find new friends in your absence. I will make sure he is available on Thursday mornings on your return Malcolm.
Have to sample some of your tempting garden produce after reading Pam and Bert's blog entry so that will be my first visit tomorrow morning. Off to London on Thursday. Still no tickets for Proms as far too expensive on Internet but we may have some luck if we visit the RAH early on Saturday morning or just before show starts.
Keep up the good work!!
Pam And Bert
Have to say thanks to you both for going away like this. We've been living on free fruit and vegetables from your garden for 2 weeks now and I have not yet had to hand over 50p on the golf course! I've think I've now saved enough to go out and look for a new car this afternoon - however, it's lunchtime so must have a Malcolm salad before we go!

Hi! Just looked at the photos. Looks like the MacEwens get everywhere. Was that some distant family members sandwich shop? I'm convinced the sparras will look more like Laura Davies with all these cafe stops to eat cake! Boys were on the course at 7:22 this morning (Mal jealous?) and it's a lovely day - 21 degrees this Pm if you believe the weather forecast! Sorry to say Ron lost his semi (WW) 4 and 3 - so no great final Gilmour/Brown. Hoping Gary makes it through and takes the trophy! Pam and I still practising hard for next years Edzell competition - we need to after Thursday! Take care and keep blogging!
