Hong Kong was cool the first week my friend jacqui came and met us almost every day and took us to all wee local places and temples and stuff. I went and got my fortune read from this old woman and she said i'm going to be successful in my work, my family have to stop eating spicy and oily foods, that our trip is going to be great but ive to plant my money all over me in different pockets and that me and darren have to get married, im just trying to convince him now lol!
we're in hoi an right now which is in middle of vietnam, its a little bit quieter here than in the big cities we've been to so just totally relaxing and soaking up the sun by the pool haha how jelous are you?
it has been really good so far, vietnam is a crazy country though, the roads are mental like there seems to be a general direction but no one sticks to it and everyone has a moped, we've seen families of 4on the same one and a woman with a basket of pigs on another lol!
Also because as a whole its still relatively new to the huge amounts of tourists the language barrier is massive but its just a really hard language to learn. So far we've not been able to sample some proper vietnamese food, the restaurants seem to be westernised and the wee stalls on the streets even i wouldnt risk it everything is so filthy (not jelous any more).
Any way what is the chat from back home every little detail counts?
