We had a bit of a cruisy morning today and then went out to grab a few things from Parkways Mall. We had lunch at a Vietnamese Restaurant in 121 Katong Mall called 'Leviet' which was nice. Andrew had a mango chicken dish and I had prawn rice paper rolls and we had a spinach garlic dish to share. We had to grab a few things at the supermarket so we did that then headed back to the apartment to drop things off.

We then caught a bus into town and went to Funan Digilife Mall which has six levels of electronics and technology so as you can imagine Andrew was in heaven. Our main purpose of going here was to buy a camera and we managed to get a fantastic deal on a Canon EOS so we were very happy about that. We did go to every camera store in the mall and compared all the prices so it was quite an exercise but well worth it.

From here we walked down to the bay and had a drink at a nice bar outside the theatres there. Gorgeous outlook! Then it was time to head to the 'Singapore Flyer' that was a gift from Dave and Vanessa for our birthdays. What a fabulous present this was! We had amazing night views of the city and we took lots of photos. Unfortunately we couldn't use our new camera because it wasn't charged up but we still managed to get some great shots.

We then walked all around the bay to the other side and had a lovely meal at a Cuban restaurant called 'Nueva Cuba'. Very yummy! We caught the bus home and had a drink with Dave and Vanessa back at the apartment before going to bed. Another awesome day in this beautiful interesting city!
