ADELAIDE adelaide, ever loving and then Darwin. Mindset..I am off to Darwin Friday. Blue plaque
"here in November 1833 Charles Darwin alighted from HMS Beagle to gather botanical specimens.
Now take care, dont go too close to Angelsey on the Gr Coast Road, Victoria. There is a witch there running a Lutheran Mission every summer. She`ll recruit - or try to - and you`ll have grace and prayers before grub.
Here in Buenos Aires all was sweetness and light, but the natives are howling because their players are losing in Melbourne in the Open. Hope you love those electric bar b qs by the roadside, I remember fondly, luv Dave
Currently it is 4.30 a.m. and I am down the Atlantic Coast with 3 hrs to spare to get coach. A stunning l970s seaside resort, where everything closes at 7 a.m. Jesus I could be someone`s grandad here. It is like Tossa and Magaluf and Lloret when we went for the first time. Queues at 2.30 a.m. for disco just opening. Place rejoices under the Holy Roman Catholic name of St Bernardos..should be Dr Barnardos, all young and homeless.

Hi team,
Just a quick message to let you know that were still alive! Sorry we haven't text or written since new year, we still love you both and are looking at your pictures so we can follow your travels regularly! Your not the only ones that have been neglected (sorry Steph) I'm crap at the moment i think i've got that seasonal disorder disease because its so dark and the weathers so miserable I wish I was with you! Michaela has been trying to get in touch with me for a week now and the cheeky mare has started leaving messages on the answer phone were she shouts my name for ages and then leaves her number asking whoever lives here now to get in touch with her so she can get a forwarding address! That girl is high maintenance! Are you still using your mobile phone? Can I still text you? Let me know because I'm much better at texting. Lots of news but will have to store it up for another time, i've got to go and watch film and spend a bit of time with with Mike otherwise he'll be leaving messages on the answer phone soon too!
Happy Camping!
Lots of love Lou and Mike xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hey everyone, glad to hear that you all had a fab (and very drunken) new year - good on ya!!
We had a good one too, we went to Mrs McQuaries Point to get a good view of the Opera House and Bridge (along with about 65 million other people!!) We took a little picnic and smuggled in some booze and even bumped into Sam and Ben who we'd met in Thailand so it was a really good laugh. The fireworks were amazing - but not a patch on yours Ron if we're totally honest! We left there at about 1 and went to Bungalow 8, which is a nightclub on Darl;ing Harbour, to meet our ozzy mates - who were all very well oiled by then (yes Bel we mean you!). Sneaky Sound System were playing live and they were really really good. We rolled home at about 6 and didn't resurface till 3 the next afternoon!! Top night!
We left Sydney on the 3rd Jan and have been heading South ever since staying at campsites along the way. We're sleeping in the car but managed to pick up a little tent for $10 so we keep all our stuff in that. We went inland to Canberra for a few nights and stayed at the dodgyest site ever (or so far at least). We're now at Meribula which is probably our last stop in New South Wales before we cross the border into Victoria (exciting isn't it!).
So far we've seen kangaroos (including a friendly one that we could stroke), a Wolloby, Emus (which we very nearly ran over!), lizards and a family of dolphins - all in the wild, we're not cheating! We've yet to see crocs but apparently they're all up North so maybe our friends from Darwin will help us spot a few.
Nic - sooooooooooooooo sorry for the fine but your Ozzy roads are stupid and being tourists we're oblivious of these things - so thats our excuse. We promise to pay you back when we get back to Sydney and may even get you a little prezzie to for still loving us x
Can we just say a big WELL DONE to Baby David for managing to use the computer all by himself for the first time, good one mate. Just got ourselves a rod and reel combo - got any tips. We're hoping for a nice Marlin for tea so finger crossed for us!
Haz - we're aiming to be in Adelaide at the end of March so you'll have to let us know exact dates and places n' things. Could you just please arrange for a nice shady little spot out front for our car/home - we're very low maintanence nowadays! Are you gonna be visiting ours before then? If so, could you bring us some wedding clothes please cos I don't think the whole surfer look will go down too well at the wedding!! I'll get mum to get some things together for us, ta x
We take it you're still pissed Matt and incapable of leaving a message, ha ha ha!! Sort him out Cait. How did new year go in Brum, did the Liverpool gang all behave themselves? I hear Steve didn't get to do the 'Billy Jean' - very disappointed Silas!!
Steph - gutted we missed you on christmas eve lady but i'll call you soon anyway. Tell that little rat that if he's not good then he's not getting a boomerang when I get home - he'll get a croc instead!
Right then guys gotta go cos we're putting more pics on now.
