Today we explored Krakow. It was a miserable morning however because the weather was rainy and overcast (mind you it's the first day of bad weather we have had this whole trip) and many of us were hungover from the night before. While many didn't even make the bus in the morning, I was up and ready to cram my day with lots of sites. I started by walking to the Jewish quarter in the rain. There I had coffee with some others while we waited for the rain to subside....

Today we travelled from Budapest to Krakow in Poland. After arriving in the city that night, we took a short walking tour around Krakow and then separated to go have dinner. A couple of the girls and I went to a fancy looking restaurant and I had polish noodles with chicken and spinach, with a side of sweet and sour beetroot. Apparently beetroot soup and other beetroot dishes are considered a delicacy in Poland. After dinner we all met back up in the main square ...
