Bangkok 30th April

Well today is our last day together. After our flight from Phnom Penh (Cambodia's capital) to Bangkok we have spent most of our time chilling out in shopping malls and our hotel. We managed to wrangle a free room upgrade so we have had a really nice deluxe hotel room for the last two days! We are both sad to be leaving each other but we've had a great time and almost every day has brought memories that we won't forget (for good and bad reasons!). Once I'm (Alex) out of the way Soph can finally get started on her conservation project in Malaysia and I can finally…go back to work (I think it's obvious who gets the better deal).

I've sat here for a while trying to list a few highlights of the trip but I cant, there are too many highlights, I can't wait to talk about them once I'm back (you may need to gag me if I don't stop talking). Two things that really stick in my mind though are the Grand Canyon and the sky dive both absolutely incredible.

Thanks to everyone who wrote messages and followed us on our trip it makes a massive difference to know you were looking at our photos and reading the blogs, makes the long slogs in internet café's worth it!

We're going to Bangkok Airport this evening and I'm flying home so this will be my last blog entry. Bon Voyage Sophie and see you soon the rest of you!
