We caught the coach from Quebec City to montreal and we stayed over on the night of the 6th. Montreal was lovely as well, but not as pretty as Quebec city. Apparently they are still paying for the olympic stadium in Montreal, but I was well impressed with it! We had a lovely evening with the family. It was really relaxed and lovely to spend some time together again. The following day, Clare gave us a guided tour of Montreal and then dropped mum and me off at the airport. I was flying out to Montreal, mum was flying home and Grandad was staying another week.
It was really hard for me a the airport cos I had to say bye to Grandad and mum again! I tryed not to cry cos I didn't want them to worry. Some tears slipped out when I said bye to Grandad, even though I tryed really hard to hold them in! Mum and I both cryed when we had to go to our different departure gates and we waved at each other all the way down the departure hall. Even though it was very hard to leave mum and grandad, I was absolutely sure that I did not want to be getting on the plane bound for England!
