The first of our training trips did not go exactly to plan. We did not plan on:

Getting a puncture, running out of fuel, missing the ferry,getting lost, losing the riding partners,losing the bike key or getting stuck in one foot of sand in a beach car park. (roll on the Sahara). Lessons were learnt. Moral low.
