Had great few days driving south from wanaka over an amazing mountain drive to queenstown. Queenstown was nice,cool town based around a massive lake and beautiful snow capped mountains. We then stayed at Te Anua ready for the 120km drive to milford sounds. Forecast sunday was rain possible snow but, after advice from the tourist centre we decided to go. Although it rained all day it was the best drive we have ever done. Milford was like taking a drive through Jurassic park with waterfalls pouring down the mountains! Amazing place truly is a wonder of the world! Now back at wanaka heading north up the west coast
