My last blog was two weeks before our trip ended. During those two weeks we were taken in by multiple parts of Tim's family. Jan and Mirjam welcomed us in Zeeland where we enjoyed a boat trip. We are a family of six getting ready for an epic summer. 8 European countries in 12 weeks. 2 teenagers, 2 grade schoolers and 2 high-school sweethearts (a.k.a mom and dad). Part of the adventure is not knowing what we really got ourselves into. Big dreaming, planning and researching only goes so far and then ... well I guess we will find out.

Oma and opa Opa and I have already decided, that as soon as we get the chance we'll go to the same area, but do hope finding a place closer to the beach! Did you see any? We never saw the Blue Grotto and think we have to still see that!

Oma and opa Thanks for two more blogs, cliffs, steps and more cliffs! Wonder how you found this place! The Canadian prairies will be boring after places like this one. And then to think that so many people live there all the time. Tonight we had a LOT of rain after a few quite warm and humid days. No problem filling the pool!

Oma Quite some adventures! The flooded café will be one of your treasured memories. Did you find out if this happens frequently? It would not be surprising. This year's rains seem to be so enormous, everywhere, though.
