Do as Melbournians do – meet at Federation Square, Melbourne’s cultural hub and popular meeting place. Learn the history of the site including its controversial construction and current uses. We then start our ultimate Melbourne sightseeing tour.

Wind your way along the Yarra River, the life blood of the city centre. Learn about the Aboriginal people, the traditional owners of the land. Visit the sites of Melbourne’s settlement and learn of the trials and tribulations of Batman & Fawkner – Melbourne’s founding fathers.

To the east marvel at the sporting precinct to the city’s east. Learn about the die hard sporting culture of the city and the evolution of Australian Rules football from a Melbourne sport to a national phenomenon. Pick up some of the local lingo to put you in great stead for conversations will Melbourne football lovers.
