Machines are neat, individual TV screens with earphone attachments. Not much room with all the machines, but there is a mat and heavy ball to do exercises. Dad looks a bit bored! Lady in charge of spa and gym chatted to us offering help if needed so letters did the trick. Gym is mostly unmanned unless a trainer is working with someone. The ball is so heavy, must be 5k plus.
