T'was a slow afternoon! We like The Essence Hotel . A very friendly and information manager and front desk.
A good lunch at the Hotel to recharge our batteries but I think the train journey definitely left me feeling a lot more tired than I thought I was...I was accused of being very tetchy! Hmmm. MOI?

Definitely back in a city... Motorbikes everywhere again! We walked into the Old quarter, lots of shops, lots of street hawkers.
We make a very important purchase of 3 silk sleeping bags...a bargain at $5 each (In London for the same quality one would have to pay £20)

By 4pm, everyone was flagging. Made our way to a rooftop hotel to have some ice cream and pancakes. Our decision to go to the Women's museum was a late one...and too late for today. Closed at 4.30 :-(

We make decision to call it a day and head back to our Hotel to freshen up pre an early dinner.

Dinner at Nha Hang Ngon. Then back to the hotel for an early night. We have a very early Walking City Tour booked tomorrow. We will be picked up at 5.45am!!!!
I'm soooo looking forward to a proper bed and pillow tonight...

BUT... Drama before our heads are able to hit the pillow!!!
