so now the trip is finally over.i hope that you guys had a good time. i'm sure that you're all happy to be back in good old la again even though you are having earthquakes there.

Hi, again. We think of you guys often and it is so fun to keep up with your adventures. Very inspiring! Ryan, I was very touched by your blog about Amsterdam and the Anne Frank museum. Clearly, you are demonstrating why it is so important to travel and learn from history! Your parents are giving you and Ian such a wonderful gift. Jesse is at tennis camp in Big Bear this week - he's very, very, very happy that it is summer vacation! He is going to summer school at Vista Mar - maybe not his top choice of summer activities but he's pretty excited by the courses being offered (especially Digital Media Arts). We just looked at your pics in Paris. They are AMAZING! Our Mom loved them the most because she is dying to take us there. We will wait for the dollar to improve it's value...I'm sure you will agree. Can't believe your trip is almost over!!! We are looking forward to seeing you this summer when you return. Enjoy the rest of your travels. By the way I hate marzipan too.

Bev and Shane, what an incredible thing you are doing with your family and an eye opener for all. Ryan you are doing a terrific job as blog master and learning so much as you travel through some of the greatest spots in the world. We love reading the history of each place and all of your sights and adventures. The pictures of your happy faces tell us all what a great time you are having.
