After 41 hours in transit, we made it home at 5:30pm. All flights on schedule and no issues at all. It was a great vacation but it is good to be home. The whole trip went very well. We are off for a month in South Africa. The trip includes 2 days in Zambia to view Victoria Falls, but the main tour involves the two of us with a car and driver covering much of South Africa. We start in Johannesburg on Oct. 31 and end in Cape Town on Nov. 28. I hope we can use Offexploring as successfully as we have in the past. Those of you who go to the gym and have used the outer leg press will understand when I say that using that machine is a breeze in comparison to straddling a massive elephant for an hour and a half. Next time I ride an elephant, I want a skinny one.
