From Yao Liang
Nothing much to say here just that I wished that I can stay here for a long long time. I think the trip is like too short already. Today is a day for us to make the long journey back to Singapore via Thailand.
I have experienced a lot during the trip here to Japan. I've experienced first hand the culture, the people, their mindsets and thoughts, their way of life just to name a few. They are very nice people, always polite. Managed to get myself into the morning squeeze and also saw a lot of those kawaii things here, same as the girls here, haha.
If I were to come back to Japan I think I would try to go to other prefecture like Osaka, Kyoto or eve Fukuoka. See ya next time!!
From Hui Sin
Well, Japan has always been inside my "top 5 countries to visit before i die" list, and it has indeed proven itself worthwhile to be listed. Keke
Even though Tokyo may seem like just another city to many others, to me, the balance between traditionalism and modernity in Tokyo is something that I find lacking in many cities, especially in Singapore . It's not really the building, heritage and etc wise, but rather the way Japanese ppl carry themselves and the traditional sweet values & attitudes that they uphold. (Very good diversion or rather, hopes, for ppl like me who has to face irritating Japanese every day during work….) This is also one of the most polite cities I've ever been (not that I've been to many though…) and I find myself enjoying every minute of it! Esp this is my very first trip with my dearest dar, it's very sweet and memorable for me=)
Especially love the navigating and being lost in Tokyo , it's definitely much more fun going free and easy in Japan ! You get to see all the small corners of Tokyo that you'll never get to see if you're on a tour! You also get to eat in tradition family restaurants that tour agencies can never bring you! Plus!! Travelling around is so convenient with trains and buses everywhere that getting around is so easy! Thus, I'd strongly encourage ppl who fear the language barrier to go ahead and just be lost in translation there=) (I've got frens who has totally no idea of the language at all but had an equal amt of fun there as I did.) I do believe there's definitely more to communication than just words (>v<) kekeke
If anyone of your out there who would love to find out more details regarding Tokyo , feel free to email us or do drop us a msg~~
I think ultimately, it's not the country that makes the trip interesting, but the ppl you are going with that makes the trip fun.
Thanks dar for making it such a wonderful dreamy trip for me!!
I'm proud to say I've conquered Tokyo ! (≧≦)Ωヨッシャ!
